Activities
Ida Meier graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with a bachelor's and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. For her master’s thesis at DSI, she collaborated with Bosch Sensortec on a project focusing on data-driven sensor applications. In September 2025, she joined the DSI research group at WIN and KSRI as a research associate and is now pursuing her PhD in collaboration with BASF SE, focusing on AI adoption. Her current research investigates how organizations can accelerate AI adoption by aligning strategic vision, organizational capabilities, and human-centered design.
